What is The Diamond Dermabrasion? it is a creative improvement of the Micro-crystal Dermabrasion. The Diamond Dermabrasion provided a non-surgical skin refinish procedure, by using sterile diamond heads to abrade or rub off the top skin layer, then Vacuuming out the particles along with any dirt and dead skin back up. What is The Diamond Dermabrasion?
* Aluminum oxide crystals have been the most commonly used abrasive agent for the last 20 years (no wonder they were so popular in microdermabrasion). Aluminum oxide is the second hardest mineral (diamonds are first).
* The irregular crystal shape makes them a more effective abrader. Aluminum oxide is also an inert material and it causes no allergic or adverse reactions. It is not toxic when ingested and is non-carcinogenic.
* Sodium bicarbonate crystals are an organic alternative to aluminum oxide crystals but they are a lot softer and less effective in microderma abrasion. They are used on patients with hyperpigmentation and can be easily washed off after treatment (sodium bicarbonate is water-soluble).

Repairing:The item will have one full year warranty from us starting from the day you got our parcel.In most cases when item got problems we shall send you necessary parts with free cost for your own replacement so you needn't return the machine to us for repairing. And we shall provide online technical guide for you to replace the parts.
Exchange:All items from us will be entitled to a 1to1 exchange if you find the item is faulty within 14 days when item is signed.Please note returning item must IN ORIGINAL SHAPE, that means this warranty DOES NOT COVER damage caused by mishandling, abusing, alteration, neglect, disassembly or dropping.
