Shipping and Returns

  • Returning items MUST be in original packages with accessories and in the same conditions as you received it, if item is a non working item PhotoFacial will make sure the item is working or replaced, if you decide you dont want it after getting a non working item you must pay shipping cost to send it back for the refund otherwise we will make sure you have a new working machine.
  • Damages caused by misuse CANNOT be returned
  • Customers pay for S/H for returning or exchanging items + 25% restock fee and shipping
  • Item(s) come directly from the factory and take 5 to 10 working days for orders to get delivered by USPS or DHL.
