Shipping and Return Policy

Returning items MUST be in original packages with accessories and in the same conditions as you received it, if item is a non working item PhotoFacial will make sure the item is working or replaced, you have 3 days from the time of the delivery to report the defect if you do not report it within that time it will be at my descretion if the item can still be warranted. You must keep originally packages as well and must be in sellable condition. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Damages caused by misuse CANNOT be returned Customers pay for S/H for returning or exchanging items + 25% restock fee and shipping if you decide within the 7 day period you wish to return the machine.

We assure you that you will get a 100% working machine, if you happen to get a defective item you must report the problem within 72 hours of receiving the product. A even one on one exchange will be given.

Item(s) come directly from the factory and take 5 to 10 working days for orders to get delivered by USPS or DHL.
